About Amy

& Bodyline Pilates

Firstly, I’d like to say thank you for visiting my website! Whether you regularly attend my classes (in person or online) or you’re here for the first time… welcome!

Here is a little more about my Pilates journey…

I have been practicing Pilates for 12 years and teaching for 6 years now.

Before teaching, I ran an art an design business and I designed art work for greeting cards and textiles. During this time I had a fall and was left with a chronic lower back injury. It was Pilates that helped me to make a full recovery and made me really passionate for helping people to move well and help recover from injuries.

Helping people to move well is an absolute passion of mine and since taking my first Pilates qualification in 2019, I have gone on to take many more courses including reformer, Pilates for orthopaedic conditions, pre & post natal and most recently training to become a biomechanics coach.

My classes are suitable for everyone as I offer lots of layers and options for the exercises. It’s really important to me that everyone feels welcome and comfortable in the class environment.

A little more about me …

I have a little dog called Bailey and she is my favourite thing in the whole world! In our spare time we love to walk, explore and travel the world.

I’m also a big tea drinker (and matcha too!), I love to bake, cook, paint, eat cheese and drink wine! Interior design is also a passion of mine and I always have a project on the go in my house 😄
